Shipping within Australia

We know how precious your Sia baby carrier is, so we recommend requesting ‘sign on delivery’ to ensure your carrier is delivered safe and sound.
Once your order is received, it is processed within 5 business days. Your delivery time will then vary depending on your location.
As a guide, you can expect your delivery within the below state specific time frames:
NSW: 1 – 2 days QLD/VIC/ACT/SA: 1- 3 Business Days TAS/WA/NT: 7 -10 Business Days.
Please note that delays may occur during high demand / peak periods. Please factor in the current COVID-19 restrictions, and how this may affect turn around times & postage.
Please note that during holiday periods, there may be a delay in your order fulfilment so please check the product pages for any updates to delivery timelines.

- All International orders are shipped via Australia Post
- Shipping to United States and Canada $36 AUD (express 5-8 Business days)
- Shipping to New Zealand $30.20 AUD (express 6-12 Business days)
- Shipping to the United Kingdom is $41.40 AUD (express 6-12 business days)
- Shipping to Sweden, France & Spain (express: $60 AUD 15-20 days)

- Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).
- Our carriers are shipped in their matching linen dust bag, and gift box to ensure damages do not occur.
- As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.
- In the event that we may need to contact you, please be sure to include your phone number in the contact details.
Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. Parcels cannot be left unattended, so will be redirected to your local post office for collection. We are not responsible for your order if you enter the incorrect address, once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect it so be sure to check the address before confirming your order.
Returns & Refunds
Our unique prints have been hand illustrated by our talented local designer. As such, please note that the prints may slightly differ on each carrier. No two carriers are the same – adding to its distinct style.
Please note, we do not refund for change of mind.
Once you receive your carrier, we recommend that you get familiar with our 'Learn' page which has a variety of babywearing videos. We also offer free video consultations for a more personal experience. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a booking.
If however your Sia baby arrives and there is a product fault, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Please note that we do not refund for change of mind.
To be eligible for a refund, please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we receive your email, we will process your request and ask you to provide the carrier back in its original condition: unworn, un-used and packaging as new.
Please note that all return postage is at the cost of the customer.
If your purchase was a sale item, please note that we do not offer any refunds or returns for change of mind.
