Refund policy

Our unique prints have been hand illustrated by our talented local designer. As such, please note that the prints may slightly differ on each carrier. No two carriers are the same – adding to its distinct style.

If your Sia baby arrives and you are not 100% happy with your carrier or there is a product fault, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your email, we will process your request and ask you to provide the carrier back in its original condition: unworn, un-used and packaging as new.

All return postage is at the cost of the customer.

If your purchase was a sale item, please note that we do not offer any refunds or returns for change of mind.
